Sharing the Good Life: 2025 Wrapped

Jan 15, 2026

Sharing the Good Life exists to create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities we serve. In 2025, the initiative continued to grow through partnerships, charitable support, and the collective efforts made possible by MC Companies employees.

This year reflects what happens when a purpose-driven initiative is supported by people who care deeply about giving back.

2025 Impact Overview

Through Sharing the Good Life, 97 charities were supported in 2025 across a wide range of causes, including food insecurity, health services, housing support, and disaster relief.

In total, $160,728.84 was contributed to nonprofit organizations through charitable giving and employee-driven programs connected to MC Companies.

MC Companies Employee Impact

The impact of Sharing the Good Life is fueled by the participation of MC Companies employees through volunteer time and grant programs that allow employees to give back in meaningful ways.

In 2025, 222 MC Companies employees contributed 3,761 volunteer time off hours, supporting organizations in the communities where they live and work.

Employee Grants

MC Companies’ employee grants program empowers employees to direct funding to nonprofits they are personally connected to.

In 2025, the program awarded:

  • 82 employee grants at $500 each
  • 2 employee grants at $5,000 each

These grants helped support nonprofits focused on health, housing stability, food access, and essential community services.

Food Insecurity Focus

Addressing food insecurity remained a key priority within Sharing the Good Life in 2025.

MC Companies employees supported 7 food banks and collected 8,324 pounds of food to help address food scarcity in local communities. In addition, teams filled 10,000 lunch bags to provide at risk children with an after school snack, helping ensure access to food during critical hours outside the school day.

Organizations Supported

Charitable support in 2025 reached organizations across multiple sectors, including:

  • Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
  • Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC)
  • HELP Now AZ
  • Arizona Multihousing Association
  • Move For Hunger

Moving Forward

Sharing the Good Life continues to grow because of the people and organizations that support it. With the continued involvement of MC Companies employees, the initiative remains focused on creating measurable impact and strengthening the communities we serve. As we move into the next year, Sharing the Good Life will continue to evolve with intention, guided by the same commitment to service, generosity, and community.
