DAVID MANNION

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
David leads the company’s growth, portfolio performance and capital raises for future acquisitions and JV structures. His 20-years of experience includes real estate development, acquisitions, portfolio management and capital markets for public and private companies. Over his career David has closed over $7 billion in transactions and managed $24 billion in assets. Prior to joining MC Companies, David served as Head of Capital markets for a $15 billion publicly-traded REIT where he raised several billion for that company. Earlier in his career, David worked with banks, loan servicing groups and investors to restructure CMBS loans and distressed real estate transactions. He brings high-value industry relationships and track record as a real estate executive to the MC Companies family.

JOHN KRAUSS

VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
John Krauss brings over 40 years of construction experience to MC Companies. His experience includes all types of construction from single-family and custom homes, to commercial and Multi-family projects. John first joined MC Companies as a Superintendent and Project Manager from 2005-2015. In January of 2017 he returned to MC Companies to work in his current role as Construction & Renovations Manager. John is passionate about his work and a proud member of the MC family.

RICK BJORGO

RENOVATIONS MANAGER
Rick has 30 years of property management experience. In his 30 year career he has held every position from maintenance tech to asset manager. He is the company cook and never misses an opportunity to wow us all with his barbeque.

GREGORY FLATT

REGIONAL PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR
Greg leads one of the largest teams in Tucson and is best known for his passion in supporting others in their mission to achieve success. He has been in the multi-family industry for nearly 20 years and has done it all from Community Manager to Asset Manager. He takes on any challenge given to him with gusto and wit.

ANDY V HERNANDEZ

RENOVATIONS MANAGER
Andy brings over 30 years of experience in the Multi-family industry and has held nearly every position from Maintenance Tech, Service Manager, Property Manager and owning his own remodeling company. He is proud to be a member of the MC team for the past 15 years.

RICARDO SALINAS

REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER
Ricky brings 20 years of experience in the Multi-family industry. Working as a Porter, Maintenance Tech, Service Manager, Regional Maintenance Supervisor, and possessing additional experience in the Construction and Electrical fields, he is knowledgeable in every aspect Multi-family maintenance. He has been with MC for 8 plus years and is a proud member of the MC Family.

CHUCK PATMON

REGIONAL PORFOLIO DIRECTOR

Chuck Patmon brings to MC Companies over 34 years of Multi family Real Estate experience. He is the oldest son of a prominent Real Estate Investor /Developer so he was literally raised in the business.

He has overseen the management of over 20,000 units throughout his successful career. Chucks unique “magic powers” are his ability to understand every facet of the multi family business including Development, Financing, Construction and Operations. He has also directly managed the purchase and “value add” renovations of thousands of units throughout N. California and now brings his talents to Northern Arizona.

 

Chuck has been married to the same beautiful lady for over 33 years and is the extremely proud father to three grown children and one grandchild.

TINYO SANTOS

REGIONAL PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR
Tinyo has a vast knowledge of the multifamily housing industry with 17 years in conventional and military housing. She currently leads in Tucson and is our team building and problem solving superstar.

ANGELA STANBERRY

REGIONAL PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR
Angela brings over 20 years of experience with Lease up, Renovations, Re-positioning Distressed Assets and Team Leadership in the Multi-family industry. Her team continues to grow and Angela leads both the Houston and San Antonio MC Assets.

SHANNON WILCOX

DIRECTOR OF ANCILLARY SERVICES
Shannon has thrived in the multi-housing industry for almost 16 years. Her positive personality and passion for customer satisfaction have led her to gain the trust and respect of clients and her peers within our industry. In her current role, she applies her knowledge of the regional markets and trends, to support our onsite teams in pricing our communities, staying competitive and on the forefront of markets and submarkets.
