Lisa Taylor, Director of Regulatory and Legal Services

Lisa Taylor is from Tucson, Arizona. Prior to joining MC in 2014, Lisa worked for 33 years as a corporate paralegal for several prominent Phoenix law firms, working in the areas of corporate, securities, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and business law.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Northern Arizona University and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from NAU.  Lisa manages the Legal Department and works closely with outside counsel.  She manages our insurance procurement and claims, serves as the company’s risk manager and regulatory compliance officer, coordinates property tax appeals, and works with Investor Relations.  Lisa supports all departments and provides regular assistance to our executive and management teams.  She also serves as a Director and Secretary of MC’s Sharing the Good Life Foundation.
